Deborah Leach founded Woodward Leach Design in 1988 to originally provide interior design services to friends and family who needed help with their homes and who identified with her own personal style & energy found in her homes, dress and interests. Today, her clients can be found throughout New England.

A college art history major with an art minor focusing on printmaking and sculpture, Deborah has spent her life traveling the world, focusing on cultures, histories, nature, lifestyle and family. An avid, amateur nature & travel photographer, Deborah brings her knowledge of the natural world, its colors, shapes, history and importance to the palette and practicality she creates with her clients. Beginning with personal collections, interests and dreams of the homeowners, she brings pragmatic, appropriate but out-of-the-box solutions to each project. Defined as the “feast-to-famine designer”, every home centers around elements important to the client for a wow factor, complimented by practical, price-conscious additions.

Deborah lives in Massachusetts with her husband, Ted. She is the proud mother of 2 grown children and grandmother of 3 wonderful, energetic grandchildren, who fondly call her “NeNe”.
